Here’s what you need to know:

The first step is to have an energy audit done on the building. Most community groups will be able to get a grant for this through the SEAI and Portmarnock SEC can assist in arranging it for you.

Once your Energy Audit has been completed you will receive an independent report detailing how your building can be made more efficient, the estimated cost and the grants you would be entitled to.

If you decide to go ahead then we offer an end to end service. We will put you in touch with contractors and will do all the paperwork and grant applications on your behalf.
